Katherine Pavlik, PA-C
Katherine Pavlik, PA-C, is board-certified and licensed in the state of
California as a physician assistant. She joined Santa Monica Orthopaedic
and Sports Medicine Group, a founding partner of the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe
Institute, in 2015 and is dedicated to providing excellent medical care
as well as assisting patients reach their functional goals.
Ms. Pavlik is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. She attended Denison
University in Granville, Ohio where she received a Bachelor of Arts in
sports medicine with a minor in biology. She then relocated to Southern
California to attend the Keck School of Medicine at the University of
Southern California where she received a Master’s Degree in Physician
Before joining Santa Monica Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group, Ms.
Pavlik worked at Cedars-Sinai as a PA-C and as a physician assistant in
emergency departments in the San Fernando Valley, where she provided timely,
high-quality care to patients with urgent and critical conditions. She
also dedicated many years as a research assistant for the Ovarian Cancer
Screening Program at University of Kentucky’s Markey Cancer Center.
Ms. Pavlik is a member of Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician
Assistants, American College of Emergency Room Physicians, California
Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician
In addition to English, Ms. Pavlik also speaks Spanish. She enjoys hiking,
running, and yoga.
